The Mayor of Torre-Pacheco, Antonio León, and the Councilor for Social Services and Equality, Verónica Martínez accompanied by the current team of Remember with us, as well as members of the Municipal Corporation, and regular listeners, completed the studies of Radio Municipal de Torre-Pacheco to present what will be the next "Remember Us" program.
On Christmas of the year 1992, the Board of Culture of the City Council of Torre-Pacheco, launched a radio program called "Remember with Us", where the elders were the main protagonists;
a radio station in Radio Municipal de Torre-Pacheco, to promote the integration and participation of the elderly in our municipality.
The program is broadcast every Thursday every 15 days from 12.00 to 13.00 hours, on 87.7 FM, celebrating its 25th anniversary in December 2017 with more than 400 programs on the air.
With this radio space, the elders have been able to reach all areas, forming an active part of our municipality and always present through the airwaves.
The anniversary program will be held next Sunday, March 4, at 6 pm, at the Civic Center of Torre-Pacheco, a program that will show the trajectory of these 25 years, and that will be led by the current team of Remember, Alejandro Aparicio, Caridad León, Josefa Cánovas, José García and Mariano García, accompanied as usual by the technical team of the Department of the Mayor of Torre-Pacheco City Council, and Radio Torre-Pacheco.
The Councilor for Social Services and Equality, wanted to invite neighbors of the municipality to enjoy the Act of commemoration 25 anniversary "Remember with Us", live next Sunday.
