III Public Speaking Contest of the Activat-T Educational Foundation.
Students from institutes throughout Spain have participated this Saturday in the national phase of the VI Oratory Contest in Spanish and III Public Speaking Contest of the Activat-T Educational Foundation that took place in Valencia.
Young people who won the provincial phase in junior categories, students aged 12 to 15 and seniors, aged 16 to 20 years in Spanish and English were invited to the event.
Of the four representatives of the Region of Murcia in the national phase, three come from the CCE Virgen del Pasico de Torre Pacheco.
After a busy morning of improvised speech activities for the participants to relax their nerves, they went on to the speeches in the main hall of the headquarters of the Business School, Edem.
The event was presented by Javier Pagán, director of the Activat-T Educational Foundation and had the outstanding participation of the winner of the 5th National Speech Competition in Spanish last year, Raúl Hernández, also a student of CCE Virgen del Pasico de Torre Pacheco.
All the participants made their presentation of three-minute speeches on the proposed theme: "The best way to predict the future is to invent it".
The winning senior student of the III Public Speaking Contest will represent Spain in the International Speech Contest to be held in London in May.
