Last Sunday, April 24, Fernando Vera had a meeting with the Consul of Ecuador in Murcia, Ilma.
Ms. Dona Cecilia Erique Sarango, who came in Torre Pacheco to inform citizens of the new Ecuadorian consular services and "Referendum 2011", to be held in Ecuador on 7 May with the aim to reform the Ecuadorian Constitution as they are called to vote the citizens of this country living in Spain.
During the meeting, which took part more than a hundred Ecuadorian citizens participated also in charge of the Ministry of Migrants in the local executive of the PSOE, Macas Esgaro Herreras.
The socialist candidate welcomed the invitation to act to the consul and his willingness to visit Torre Pacheco, and invited everyone to exercise their right to vote both in the office next May 7, as in the municipal elections on 22.
"There should be pachequeros first and second. So I ask you to exercise your right to vote and decide with us the future of our town," said Vera.
