The secretary general of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water, Francisco Moreno, opened today with the Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Daniel García, and President of the Association of Producers and Traders of Melon de Torre-Pacheco, Juan Peñalver, the ' Fourth Technical Conference of the Melon ', have been held in the Performing Arts Center Torre-Pacheco.
