Francisca Perez Hernandez, selected as a finalist in a contest Pullmantur caps, was winner of "Mama cook by Pullmatura" held in the tenth edition of Madrid Fusion.
In this contest cooks three mothers chosen through Pullmantur's Facebook page showed off their culinary skills.
As a leading figure of the traditional cuisine of our country, the shipping company has chosen the figure of the mother, represented all those who are responsible for disseminating popular culinary knowledge.
So the jury of this competition at Madrid Fusion, Pullmantur had mothers with Michelin star chefs Joan Roca (restaurant El Celler de Can Roca 3 Stars and is considered the second restaurant in the world), Mario Sandoval (Coque restaurant) Francis Paniego (Echaurren restaurant), and Pepe Solla (restaurant Casa Solla).
The cover made by Francisca Perez was a "Flower Iberian ', made with Galician bread, olive oil, cured ham, manchego cheese, cherry tomatoes and a sauce of garlic and parsley.
