This reduction in processing time is given by a municipal ordinance on administrative simplification measures with regard to implementation of activities in the municipality of Torre Pacheco, the mayor of the municipality, Daniel García Madrid, has presented this morning and which enters effect next Monday, February 6.
This ordinance applies to some of the environmental qualification exempt activities which may replace the business license for a prior notice of commencement of the activity, reducing the processing time of 2 or 3 months to 15 days.
The purpose of this ordinance is to introduce some measures of regulation in the field of municipal licenses and opening activity to facilitate the implementation of business in the Municipality of Torre-Pacheco and regulate its procedures are reported for certain activities exempt from environmental qualification.
Will benefit from this measure the following businesses:
a) Workshops auxiliary workshops of artisans and masonry construction, escayolistería, glassware, electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, with a floor area less than 200 m2 and an installed capacity not exceeding 5.5 kW.
b) Workshops watches, jewelry, silverware, jewelry, optics, orthotics and prosthetics, with a floor area less than 200 m2 and an installed capacity not exceeding 5.5 kW.
c) Workshops sewing, tailoring, leather goods, knitwear, headgear and harness, with a floor area less than 200 m2 and an installed capacity not exceeding 5.5 kW.
d) Repair of appliances, radio-telephony, television, office machinery and sewing machines, with a floor area less than 200 m2 and an installed capacity not exceeding 5.5 kW.
e) domestic poultry, meaning such livestock facilities with a capacity not exceeding 2 heads of cattle or horses, 2 sows, 3 finishing pigs, 3 sheep, goats, rabbits mothers 10 or 40 birds, respectively, provided that complies with the applicable planning regulations.
f) Facilities for breeding and pet stores, capable of accommodating a maximum of 4 pets, provided that it conforms with the applicable planning regulations.
g) Storage of all types of products or articles for the trade, except fuel or chemicals such as drugs, pharmaceutical preparations, fertilizers, pesticides, paints, varnishes, waxes, tires, plastics, lubricants and wood furniture or similar, with floor area less than 200 m2.
h) Commercial activities without power workshop with a floor area less than 200 m2 and an installed capacity not exceeding 5 kW.
i) Business activities of pharmacy, objects or wooden furniture, paper and plastic items, with a floor area less than 200 m2 and an installed capacity not exceeding 5 kW.
j) Offices, banks and similar commercial and service activities in general (except sale of fuel or chemicals such as drugs, pharmaceutical preparations, lubricants, plastics, wood furniture or the like), video clubs, colleges of education (except music, dance or similar).
