The City of Torre Pacheco has declared two days of official mourning for the death of Manuel Martinez Roca, Mayor of Torre Pacheco from 1976 to 1979.

Previously, he had been councilor since 1971.

After his political career was linked to the Community of Irrigators of Campo de Cartagena.

In the regular full-May to be held this afternoon will keep a minute of silence in his honor.
