Yesterday began the third year of training Caregiver Dependent, the City Council IMSAS Torre Pacheco has planned this year, in collaboration with the Association Intergenerational Solidarity.
The purpose of these courses, 65 hours, is to train people living in rural settings, mostly women over 50 years, providing them with knowledge of care for dependents and empowering at the same time, the routine use of ICT
Thus, through a practical and dynamic, combined with the use of computers, ten women will learn the necessary knowledge of developmental aspects, psychological and social dependents, as well as the skills to better assist in the care of the elderly or disabled.
The course is held from 6 to June 27 in Los Meroņos telecentre in evening hours.
