The Regional Executive has agreed to lease a building to the City of Torre Pacheco, free of charge, as the site for the development of the educational project of the Municipal Bank of Books, which will benefit the municipality.

In the event that the goods cease to be used for public service that led to the assignment or was not intended by the deadline, will be integrated back into the heritage of the Community.

The property is located in the Plaza de Vicente Anton, in which the community owns 130 square meters.
