Emilia Ibañez presented yesterday afternoon at the Tower-Patch CAES book entitled "Our Family" which is collected about 150 recipes contributed by women in the municipality.
It can be found first and second courses and desserts.
There are recipes such as macaroni pachequeros, gazpacho manchego, rice pudding or a Turkish recipe ingredients but all with the personal touch of each of the women that make them unique and delicious dish, which evoke the kitchen traditional, lifelong.
The presentation was the Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Daniel García Madrid, who congratulated the members of the Cultural Association Anton Pillar for such a good initiative.
The books can be purchased at the price of 8 euros.
