Local policemen Torre-Pacheco participated last Friday in the rescue of a young man who was trapped in his car in the Rambla del Albujón, off Bernal House.
Apparently the young man, who was driving his car from Pozo Strait Torre-Pacheco, was surprised by the promenade being flooded and fortunately his car immobilized on one edge of the ravine.
The police department became aware of the fact by the wife of the young man who told this police patrol when they were cutting the traffic in that place, due to heavy floods.
Finally the young man was rescued by firefighters Ayntamiento of Cartagena, which gained access to the site from Pozo Strait.
