Students of the Integrated Training Center and Agricultural Experiences (CIFE) of Torre Pacheco, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Water, have recently gained recognition diplomas granted by the Municipality of the town, as volunteers for their participation in the activity 'Em Torre-Pacheco pina ', held last December, which saw the creation of an Aleppo pine forest in the area of ​​the old radar.
The students of CIFE Torre Pacheco brought the experience of this center for installing drip irrigation on a plot of over 100,000 square meters, and also served as guides to local citizens to plant 1,200 pine trees.
It aims to continue expanding this initiative pine plantation in the place 'The Pasico'.
This project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund and the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration.
In the organization of the departments have participated activities Planning, Parks and Gardens, Environment, Education and Citizenship, along with CIFE Torre Pacheco.
