The Guardia Civil Murcia has developed a research aimed at clarifying the misappropriation of a tractor truck that has culminated in the arrest of a person on suspicion of a crime of misappropriation.
The vehicle, valued at 40,000 euros, belongs to a leasing company with headquarters in Madrid, and has been recovered in a lot of Torre Pacheco (Murcia).
Upon learning of the misappropriation of the tractor, the Meritorious established a device aimed at the recovery of the vehicle, to clarify the reasons for the commission of the offense and the arrest of the alleged perpetrator, objectives that have been achieved with actions.
The recovered truck tractor has been delivered to its rightful owner.

As part of the research has been carried out the arrest, on suspicion of a crime of misappropriation of motor vehicle, a person identified as:
- Spanish, 56 years and resident of Torre Pacheco.
Effects recovered:
He has recovered the stolen truck tractor that, after being brought to justice, has been returned to its rightful owner.
The arrest and the proceedings initiated have been made available to the Court of Instruction No. 5 San Javier (Murcia), accounting for the proceedings to the Magistrate's Court in Móstoles (Madrid), which means the cause since its inception.
