The Board of Culture, Education and Local Development of the City of Torre-Pacheco, as is customary with every season, the street runs a full program which embodies a varied and diverse cultural and educational activities aimed at children, youth, adults and all those with concerns.
When programming this Spring include:
- "Theatre Week XXIX Villa of Torre Pacheco."
The week (12 to April 21) has a selection of four performances, with great actors to delight an audience that after 29 years is becoming more and more demanding criteria.
We see the local group "The Shawl", "The House of Bernarda Alba", "You faithless and who do not look" and "The Magic Vartia".
This year include the 50% discount to all unemployed
- "Culture close".
Decentralization program that aims to bring culture through activities to all corners of our town.
Thus, Roldán, Balsicas, Dolores de Pacheco, The Jimenado, San Cayetano, The Arbadinal, Hortichuela, The Camachos will Meroños and cultural activities this spring.
- "Book Day Campaign", which this year marks the 150th anniversary of the birth of the poet Constantine Cavafy.
- And other cultural activities such as children's films, exhibitions, processions of Holy Week, the Feast of the Mills, R book fair events commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Friends of Music, the performance of Antonio Hidalgo on 27 April or courses at the Universidad Internacional del Mar.
