More than a hundred companies from 15 Spanish provinces and Portugal involved in this agricultural exhibition
The Minister of Agriculture and Water, Antonio Cerdá, said today that the Mediterranean Agricultural Fair (FAME), which is held during this weekend at the fairgrounds in Torre Pacheco (Ifepa), "is a forum for new ideas for agriculture ".
Cerda, who was accompanied by the Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Daniel García, and IFEPA managing director, Antonio Miras, stressed that this biennial fair "enables the agricultural sector enjoy one of the most important business meetings and one of the most variety brings to the introduction of the latest technology. "
The agriculture minister added that the agricultural hall "part of the research results generated" and stressed that agriculture "is the most receptive to new contributions and advances scientific knowledge arise."
He further stressed that "the new features introduced respond to that established new regulations" in areas such as the use of pesticides, farming techniques or development of new varieties.

FAME program
FAME 2013 brings together a hundred companies related to the sector, from fifteen Spanish provinces and regions of Portugal, who will present the best brands and the latest advances and developments in the field of agriculture.
These companies are spread over 20,000 square meters of exhibition.
FAME presents the best brands in terms of machinery, accessories, techniques, water, fertilizers, agrochemicals, nurseries, seeds, pesticides and nutrients, lubricants and additives, financial institutions, insurance agencies, fire extinguishers, livestock, sale of machinery, among other content.
The Trade Fair and Exhibition will take place 10 IFEPA May 12 meeting center suppliers, distributors, retailers and entrepreneurs and provide quick access to new market information.
