The Municipal Institute for Social Action Services City of Torre-Pacheco (IMSAS) through closed yesterday Senior Project Course Introduction to Computers and Internet.
The main objective of the course is to provide older people sociocultural and educational alternatives that allow them to approach new technologies and to develop new communication skills and acquiring new knowledge.
The seniors in this course have learned to use a word processor to create your own e-mail, surfing the internet through search engines, websites, etc..
The course began on September 19, 2012 and was held every Wednesday from 11:00 to 12:30 pm in the Computer Room of the Department of Employment and Local Development (Youth House, 1st floor).
