This morning the Director of SEF, Ginés Martínez, visited the city of Torre-Pacheco for different employment projects supported or subsidized by the regional body in Torre-Pacheco, and to explore new forms of collaboration
One of these projects has visited the Director of SEF is the school workshop CECOCRE (Center of Knowledge and Creation), which consists of the rehabilitation of the former Our Lady of the Rosary school bound to create a space for culture , knowledge and creativity, which will accommodate the municipality associations and groups that autogestionarán your needs within that environment.
To do this, you are training a total of 37 young unemployed in the following four fields: buildings electrician (installation and maintenance - 10 employees), painting of buildings (10 workers), urban gardening and productive (10 workers) and masonry (7 employees).
The project is developed in 24 months and will end in December 2013.
The rehabilitation of the school is part of the EDUDIS, which includes the new library, the new school of the Rosary and a set of spaces and gardens.
The total project cost is around one million euros, funded entirely by the SEF and funded by the European Social Fund.
Furthermore, the SEF and the city of Torre-Pacheco recently signed two agreements for the promotion of non-work internships.
The City has also with social cooperation agreements, through which a number of unemployed receiving unemployment benefits or assistance, performing work for the consitorio receiving compensation for it.
Adding to this, the many courses that are offered to the unemployed.
Also, it will launch the Rules Regulating Use and nursery Operation Business and Women Business Incubator Torre-Pacheco, to be adopted at the next full City.
All this makes a wide range of possibilities along with other measures that are occurring in recent months to reduce the number of unemployed in the municipality.
