This is a service offered at no cost to the City by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) for debt collection abroad sanctions on owners and drivers traffic outside Spain.
Management is in the operational development of all phases of the procedure provided by the various international conventions that start with the discovery of data for the vehicle owner and continue with the translation in the language of the country, the notification in the country of origin, direct collection by the Administration concerned and compliance with all supporting logistics operations.
In short, recovery is the set of activities to obtain payment of the penalty by offenders who have not responded to the notice, drawing on Law Firms and Credit Recovery Companies associated with us, respecting the agreements or conventions in force in the respective countries.
