The City of Torre-Pacheco with the Koryo Taekwondo Club Torre-Pacheco has launched the second edition of the introductory course in taekwondo for a group of children between six and twelve years of age of different nationalities.
The course was visited yesterday by the Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Daniel García Madrid.
The aim of this activity, completely free of charge, is also starting to youth in the basic techniques of taekwondo promoting his approach and incorporation into the sport, educate on the values ​​of respect for diversity, solidarity and coexistence establishing a space of intercultural encounter.
The course, which ends in June, in which about 25 children participating municipality, is taught in the clubhouse two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday from 16 to 17 hours)
