Last Friday was held in the Municipal Library of Torre-Pacheco's "Safe in the network" talk, organized by the Department of Education as framed in the School Parent activity, and in collaboration with the Directorate General of the European Union and Relationships Affairs of the Autonomous Community of Murcia (Murcia Europe Direct) within the European Year of Citizens 2014.
This event was held in commemoration of the International Safer Internet Day (February 11), with the aim of raising awareness about safe and responsible use of new technologies.
It was given by Teresa Allepuz Ros, Europe Direct Murcia Directorate General of the European Union and Foreign Affairs of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, which was presented by Ana Martinez, Councillor for Education of the City of Torre-Pacheco .
Moreover, in that time the videos were projected "We are Europe" of the region and "We Control your personal data" of the European Union.
