This workshop is organized by the Department of Equality, in collaboration with the Department of Health of the City of Torre-Pacheco and is intended for 15 people from the Association of Women "Mary of the Head" of the hamlet of Los Meroños pachequera.
It is an initiative aimed at people who want to learn strategies to prevent deterioration stimulation at a cognitive level.
Among the activities in the field of health promotion, those related to memory are the most interest in older women and carers.
The objective is to train strategies and memory techniques, and stimulate other basic cognitive processes such as perception, attention, language, orientation and spatial-temporal logic capacity to help conserve capacity as long as possible

This workshop is taught by José María Moreno, a psychologist at City of Torre-Pacheco and has two sessions of an hour and a half each.
