With the new regulatory requirements affecting new and existing buildings, such as the Energy Certification, mandatory in the sale and rental of real estate, the municipality of Torre-Pacheco has seen fit to initiate collaboration in this sense, it is what the agreement was signed yesterday with the Association of Surveyors, Technical Architects and Building Engineers in the Region of Murcia (COAATIEMU).
