Together with municipalities Vilagarcia de Arosa (Galicia) and Jaén, the town of Torre-Pacheco has been invited by the Ministry of Health, Social Affairs and Equal and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) to present at the level national policies to support their family in the field of reconciliation of work, family and personal life.
The municipality has a large and decentralized network of nursery schools to provide appropriate educational and welfare services to children 0 to 3 years.
Infant schools cover the different districts of the municipality.
Another line of conciliation that is made available to the public is the school canteen, which facilitate the provision of basic needs of children when their parents work.
All municipal nursery schools and school CEIP have a dining room or space dedicated to food within their units through a caterer.
The dining room is operated according to the requests of the students (minimum 10 per center)
Similarly, families have extended hours in the CEIP Township, from 7:30 am and depending on the requests of students (minimum 10 per center).

Moreover, the municipality has municipal SanCayetano Toy Library, Toy Library Fruveg the Sociedad Cooperativa Limitada and Carliguay playroom, private initiative in Torre-Pacheco.
