This morning the Mayor of Torre-Pacheco, Fina Marin received the Koryo Taekwondo Club Arturo Gomez, bronze medal in world taekwondo cadet held in Azerbaijan.
The reception was also present his teammate Pedro Manuel Lopez (Regional Champion and Spain 2014) Roldan, who also attended the world but got no medal.
Arturo Gomez, 14 years old, sum under his belt earned bronze in the cadet world, a gold in the Belgian Open champion Spain (2012 and 2013), silver in the International Dutch Open and the best junior athlete Regional Taekwondo Gala.
The first mayor was been proud to have these high-level athletes in Torre-Pacheco.
Furthermore, Fina has advanced this fall Performing Arts Center (ASRC) will host the Regional Taekwondo Gala, where the awards will be given to regional Taekwondo.
Meanwhile, Solano, president of the Federation of Murcia taekwondo, was delighted by the ability to work Koryo Club, which feeds mostly regional selection.
Arturo Gomez was very happy for this medal was obtained and labeled next goal to win the Junior Championship of Spain, challenge she shares with her partner, Pedro Manuel Lopez.
