On the afternoon of Monday, September 29, was held in the Day Centre Torre-Pacheco a training workshop consumer entitled "Active Seniors on Rights", organized by the Municipal Office of Consumer Information (OMIC) Hall Torre-Pacheco and the Association of Users of Banks, Insurance and Spain (ADICAE).
The workshop came forward financial products for older people, how to avoid scams major consumer issues, and understanding the mechanisms of defense and claims in situations where the consumer rights are violated.
It had a large attendance, which many attendees participated exposing his experience and his doubts and queries relating to specific cases of consumption.
This workshop consumption is integrated into the training program Consumer Active Agents that ADICAE conducted nationwide and that can be accessed through its online training platform for your website www.adicae.net
