Juan Salvador Sánchez Saura, current Secretary General of the PSOE in Torre Pacheco, is the only candidate who has filed so far the support needed to go to the primary process in the municipality.
Saura Sánchez, 47, married, administrative profession and father of two daughters, is member of the local PSOE since 1991 and Secretary General since 2012.
In the meeting held on Thursday, in which the executive realized his decision to endorse Sanchez, the candidate explained and presented with the primary intention to lead a change project to re-excite the pachequeros, and bring the City to citizens through a program of democratic regeneration and transparency, economic management and defense of public services.
Sanchez also thanked the Socialist Group the great work done for the past 3 years and has denounced as roll PP absolute majority and have held most of the socialist initiatives in the last legislature.
"Faced with the lack of leadership and the internal battles of the PP in Torre Pacheco, the PSOE has united and ready to lead from and political change in our town," said Sanchez Saura, and stated that "as soon as declared candidate "will start working" on the computer and project the illusion that returns all pachequeros and pachequeras ".
