The Institute for Women and Equal Opportunities (Ministry of Health), the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, and the city of Torre-Pacheco through the Department of Social Welfare and Health, and Equality and the Regional Confederation of Organizations of Cartagena in Torre-Pacheco (COEC Torre-Pacheco) today held the conference "Reconciliation as a business strategy," an event that has the aim of analyzing the benefits of implementation in companies Plans reconciliation of personal, family and professional life.
The Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Fine Marin, discussed the need to "advance the search for innovative solutions in the field, from the identification of the major challenges currently facing enterprises to implement strategies to reconcile."
President COEC - Torre-Pacheco, Innocent Canovas, highlighted the opportunity of the day to learn "the mechanisms and tools available these available to the companies for the implementation of equality plans and Reconciliation".
The Assistant Director of Studies and Cooperation Institute for Women's Ministry of Health, Mariano Alvaro, presented the "Balance-Balance, by a responsible reconciliation" project, promoted by the Ministry, noting that its ultimate aim is create "a network of exchange between the different stakeholders in the reconciliation."
The Project Manager "Balance-Balance" of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), Maria Segura, has reported that the initiative is currently being developed in fifteen Spanish municipalities and two Norwegians, "Torre Pacheco being one of the municipalities Most Active Project ".
