The City of Torre-Pacheco, through Sport and Health Program of the Department of Sports, has organized two information sessions to teach people to use the parks biosaludables.
One of the conference was today, November 2, at the Park Loma de Roldán, in which attendees explained the different devices, listing the different exercises that could be performed on each and every one of them.
The second day will take place on November 9 in one of the three parks biosaludables Torre-Pacheco.
One goal of this conference is to get more adults to be physically active, as it is vital to prevent diseases such as dementia, diabetes, osteoporosis, depression or heart problems.
The elements of fitness parks Torre-Pacheco have been designed to ensure a thorough workout with low impact.
