Yesterday they were announced the winners of the third annual photo contest "Pride Grandfather", which has involved people aged 60 or over and resident in the town of Torre-Pacheco.
The theme of the contest is the relationship between grandparents and grandchildren.
In this competition involved 25 people with a total of 57 pictures.
The winners were:
- Award for Josefa Lopez Martinez Senior Center Torre-Pacheco, for his photograph "The support and unity in the FAMILY".
- Award for Silvestre Perez Guillen Day Center Roldán for his photograph: "Tenderness".
- Award for Francisca Vicente García Meroño Senior Center in Dolores de Pacheco for his photograph: "The Sweetheart of the Grandchildren".
- Award for Nicolasa Perez Iniesta Senior Center of San Cayetano for his photograph, "Come for a walk, Pi, Pi, Pi".
- Award for Maria Matilde Lajarín Fructuoso Senior Center Balsicas for his photograph: "Grandfather with his granddaughter".
The awards will be presented on December 17 at 11.30 hours in the Day Centre Torre-Pacheco.
Participating in the contest photographs will be exhibited at senior centers in the municipality of Torre-Pacheco in 2015.
