This morning were signed in the Auditorium of the Department of Social Welfare and Health of the City of Torre-Pacheco five conventions with various associations and organizations totaling 34,500 euros in order to encourage and support their activities and programs on the group of people with the town of Torre-Pacheco disability.
Entities and associations that have signed agreements are the Association of Parents of physical, mental and sensory disabilities (Prometheus), the Federation Murcianas of people with physical disabilities and / or organic (FAMDIF / COCEMFE-Murcia), the Foundation " give ", the Association of Parents of children with hearing deficits (ananda) and AIDEMAR Association for the integration of the disabled in the region of Mar Menor.
Josefa Ros Garcia, president of Prometheus, explained that the agreement 12,000 euros will go towards the realization of social and labor actions towards the group of people with the town of Torre-Pacheco disabled by conducting social activities that serve and promote the group of people with disabilities and maintenance services, programs and activities to the social, labor and cultural integration of the same.
FAMDIF, which was represented by its president, Carmen Gil, receive 2,500 euros for the realization of social actions that serve and promote the group of people with physical disabilities and / or organic, and maintenance services, programs and activities to the social integration, considering the needs of the community of people with disabilities in the municipality of Torre Pacheco: use of an information at the offices of the council as well as the temporary use of classroom training when so required by the Federation upon request .
The completion of the Project Family Respite, is what will develop the Foundation "Dar himself" with 7,000 euros to get through this agreement.
Manuel León, its president, explained that this project welcomes users during weekends, holidays and vacation periods.
Mª Jesús Organero Toledano, president of ananda, commented that perform actions favoring social inclusion and social integration of people with hearing impairments belonging to the municipality of Torre-Pacheco with 1,000 euros to receive the agreement.
AIDEMAR, represented at the signing by President Francisco Javier García, allocated 12,000 euros the agreement for the attention to the group of people with the town of Torre-Pacheco in early intervention services and functional medical rehabilitation, day centers disability center special education and special vocational qualification program.
The Mayor of Torre-Pacheco, Fina Marin Otto, welcomed the involvement of all signatories to achieve a better town.
