The three governments have signed an agreement this afternoon entail investment of € 2,778,643.80 for regeneration and urban renewal in the neighborhood of the Ruices, houses Paco Jimenez, San Antonio and part of the old town of Torre-Pacheco, with which 3 households will renew and rehabilitate 80 homes.
The Mayor of Torre-Pacheco, Fina Marin, has signed this afternoon an agreement with the Minister of Development, Ana Pastor and President of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, Alberto Garre at the Palacio de San Esteban in Murcia.
The program will be developed during 2015 and 2016 with an investment of 2,778,643.80 euros financed between government and individuals.
In addition the City of Torre-Pacheco, have also signed this agreement the municipalities of Murcia, Cartagena and Jumilla.
