The City of Torre-Pacheco Clara launches the program organized by the Institute for Women and Equal Opportunities, the City of Torre-Pacheco and the European Social Fund.
CLARA objectives are to increase the employability of women in Torre-Pacheco, improving their quality of life and employment skills.
It caters to a maximum of 25 unemployed women, especially those who are more difficult to enter the labor market, which will provide more tools to find a future for one of the groups most affected by unemployment in our town.
Clara will be developed in two phases.
During the first, personal aspects work through workshops and group dynamics to increase self-esteem and autonomy, or improve personal and communication skills.
The second phase, will be designed to enhance the professional and labor issues through actions of guidance and employment information, job placement, and personalized tutoring.
The main action of this second phase is the completion of a course of vocational training with the possibility of internships in companies.
The activities will take place throughout 2015.
Anyone interested can contact the Department of the Department of Social Welfare and Health, Equality Service, or call the phone 968 585 003.
