With this modification will be exempt from paying the fee for granting the use of scenic public spaces, classrooms and municipal facilities, disposals associations nonprofit the municipality of Torre-Pacheco, as well as possible transfers to entities in who attend the social, charitable, cultural or public interest reasons.
For his part, Councillor for Culture, Raúl Lledó, stressed that "bonuses will also benefit from 20% in activities organized by the department of Culture, numerous, and single parents, people with disabilities, age 65 years, young, unemployed, and students of the Municipal School of Dance, Music and Theatre "
