The Director General of Local Government, Javier Iniesta, and the Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Daniel García Madrid, today introduced three new vehicles for the local police in town, a car and two motorbikes, funded by the Ministry of the Presidency and Public Administration with € 27,800.
These vehicles, designed to improve the technical resources of the Local Police Force Torre Pacheco, in addition to two other patrol cars and delivered to City Hall before and a new breathalyzer to complement the activities funded by the Autonomous Community of safety for municipality.
Likewise, today took up their positions eight new Local police officers who join a template that has already reached the 64 agents, 20 of which are part of the Public Safety Unit.
Plaza Circular
Moreover, the general director, accompanied by the Municipal Council of Murcia, Adela Martinez-Cache, this morning visited the playground located in the Plaza Circular of Murcia, where they have installed new seats for babies under the program of actions municipal general direction of Local Government.
This action is part of a larger project developed by the City of Murcia to adapt its parks and gardens with European legislation and its green spaces for recreational activities for all ages.
The Consistory has to do with a grant of 440,000 euros from the Autonomous Region for the installation of new gerontogimnasia games, games for the disabled and baby seats in city parks.
