The youth team Tennis Club Torre Pacheco achievement reached last week's runner-up clubs in Spain by Joan Compta Tournament for 38 years that brings together the 32 best teams in Spain at the Club de Tenis La Salut de Barcelona.

This is a historic achievement for the Club, which in previous years had made it to semifinals, but had never reached a final.

So it becomes the first team to go as far Murcia in Spain Championship team male child.

The team led by Jesus Sanchez Miralles, was formed by Antonio Ayala, Jesus Garcia, Jaime Aledo, Pedro and Miguel Angel Velázquez English.

The hard way to the final was:

-1 º round against Laietà CE (Barcelona): 3-2

-2 º round against CT La Salut (Barcelona): 3-1

-1 / 4 final against Global CT (Mallorca): 3-1

-Semifinal against Barcino (Barcelona): 3-1

-Final against Montemar (Alicante): 1-3

(Each tie is played 5 games, 4 singles and 1 double plays only in case of a tie at 2.)

At the final awards ceremony and numerous fans came pachequeros led by its president Jose Madrid Pedro Izquierdo, as well as other executives, families and other supporters of the Club.

Also note the presence among the authorities of the Club Tenis La Salut and the Catalan Federation of new president of the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation, Seville Jose Luis Escañuela.
