This morning the Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Daniel García Madrid, has signed a collaboration agreement with the associations of PROMETHEUS (Physically Handicapped Association, mental and sensory) and Aideman (Association for the Integration of Disabled Persons of the Comarca del Mar Menor) of € 15,000 each for carrying out social activities that serve and promote the group of people with disabilities, as well as maintenance services, programs and activities aimed at social integration, looking at the overall needs of people with disabilities in the municipality of Torre Pacheco.
Moreover, Prometheus has signed another agreement with the City of 5,000 € for the construction of the Center for Child Development and Early Childhood.
These 5,000 euros are embodied in a total grant of € 120,000 which will be delivered to the partnership in coming years (until 2013).
