The Municipal Police Torre-Pacheco today marks the day of its patron, San Juan de Dios.
Among the planned events was the celebration of Mass in honor of its patron saint in the Church of Torre Pacheco, which has been attended by numerous members of the local police for the occasion dressed in formal garb.
In addition to the event attended by the Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Daniel García Madrid, and several councilors of the Municipal Corporation.
After Mass, all the police have held a fellowship meal.
Furthermore, last Friday Football tournament played 7, involving teams of police of Cartagena, San Pedro del Pinatar, Los Alcazares, San Javier and Torre-Pacheco, also Civil Guard of the municipality.
The tournament was won by local police in San Pedro by winning the final on penalties to the team of policemen from Torre Pacheco.
