The State Fund of 2009 has created 582 direct jobs and an investment of 5.1 billion euros

The Government of Spain in Torre Pacheco invests 8.4 million euros through State Funds, 2009 and 2010

The government delegate in the Region of Murcia, Rafael González Tovar, and the Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Daniel García, visited the works of two projects funded by the Local Investment Fund, 2009.

The two works have been funded by the Government of Spain for an amount of 1,369,000 euros and created 127 direct jobs.

The first visit was conducted by the Center Multipurpose Jimenado in which the Government of Spain has made an investment of 684,000 euros and whose works have given jobs to 63 people.

Then went to see the works of replacing the playing surface of natural grass with artificial grass football field Roldan, who have had a budget of 685,000 euros and generated 64 jobs.

In this regard it is noteworthy that this project was considered a replacement for natural grass and artificial turf, improving the existing field conditions as these areas need little upkeep and maintenance work and no limits on the number of hours of use .

Tovar González Torre Pacheco pointed out that with an investment of EUR 5,165,755.99 from the State Fund of 2009, which introduced eight projects that create 582 direct jobs.

State Fund for Employment and Local Sustainability 2010

The government delegate in Murcia has explained that the municipality of Torre Pacheco, thanks to the State Fund for Employment and Local Sustainability 2010 will feature a total of 3,281,166.30 euros to develop the 46 projects submitted by the City Council of this city that will employ, according to initial estimates, 227 people.

Of this amount, it is noteworthy that the 41 projects of the Municipality of Torre Pacheco in works and equipment will involve an investment of the Government of Rodriguez Zapatero of 2,624,933.04 euros, and social spending have presented 5 projects which will have 656,233, 26 euros and will benefit more than 7,000 citizens.

Finally, Gonzalez Tovar stressed that the municipality of Torre Pacheco has received from the Government of Spain through State Funds, 2009 and 2010 a total of 8,446,922.30 euros.
