On Saturday March 27 was held at the Performing Arts Center Torre-Pacheco, for Haiti, promoted and organized by the Volunteer Exchange Torre-Pacheco, with the cooperation of the Department of Social Services, Culture and Volunteering Hall.
Attendees exhausted virtually all of the capacity, as well as large number of entries in the "Tier Zero", the organizers had put up for sale.
The event began with the participation of two representatives of the NGO "Fire in Action", which were present in Haiti in the first moments after the earthquakes in the Caribbean country and there are plans to build a shelter for people in need, which have asked Hall pachequero collaboration.
The gala was provided by some fifty non-professionals who act voluntarily, unpaid and whose artistic work at any time received applause.
At the end of act María del Carmen González, Coordinator of the Volunteer Exchange of the City of Torre-Pacheco and Charo Vivancos, responsible artistic Gala handed over the collection to the Councillor for Education and Culture, Araceli Martínez Roca, so that the City Council devoted to the common project in Haiti as it deems appropriate within the help line who agreed to start at the Municipal Council of last January.
